SalesVu Technical Support walks through setting up time slots for classes in their appointment system. You'll configure start times, capacity limits, recurrence patterns, and assign employees and rooms to each slot.
In this video, I will show you how to add timeslots for your classes. On the sidebar menu, click on Appointments and at the top click on Time Slots. To create a new one, click on Add Timeslot. First, select the starting time. Now you can assign a maximum capacity for this class. If you want this to be recurring, enable the function and you can select all days, weekdays or customized days. After that, select an end date. Now you have the ability to select the class. We will click on Boxing Class, the employee who will perform the class, and the room.
