Sam shows how to turn on guest counts in SalesVu and use them in the POS app. Enable it in the backend portal, then add guest counts either from the first page or the table map. You'll also need to adjust a POS setting to enter counts on the table layout.
Hi. In this video I'll show you how you can enable and use the guest count on a table map. Our first step would be here, enabling the guest count on the backend portal. Just log into salespe.com on the backend portal and once you log in, go to Settings, click on General Settings, scroll down, find the Enable guest count and enable it. So after you save it, just go to the POS application. So there are two ways of adding the guest count. First one, you can do it on the first page on the POS part. Just have to touch on this icon, enter the guest. So this is one way of doing this. Another way is you can do it right on the table map. To do that, please click on this table map icon, find the available table and touch on that and you will see this window will pop up. So you can just enter the guest count and save it. But if you'd like to be able to do this, you have to enable one feature in the settings in the pos. So go to Gear icon, more settings, scroll down.
