Three ways to mark a resource as occupied in the Welcome app: flag it as occupied only, assign an existing customer, or add a new customer. You can also drag customers from the waitlist onto free resources.
You can occupy free resources in three different ways. Tap on the resource you want to occupy and from there you can occupy only, which will simply mark this resource as occupied on the floor. You can also occupy the resource with the customer name, where you'll get the chance to select the customer that will be at this resource from your customer database. Or you can add a new customer on the fly. You can also drag the customer from the waitlist to the free resource as well.
