How to process a refund from the SalesVu portal

Hi, in this video I'll be showing you how to process a refund or exchange a product in the backend portal of salesuite.com to be able to do that, please go to salesvu.com and log into your account. Once you're logged in, please go to orders module. Once there you can look out for closed orders in advanced options in a drop down in order type. You can search for different statuses but we need a closed one. And also you can look up for different orders by the payment device by the payment methods they close the order with and source the order. Once you've found the product or the order which you want to refund to a customer or exchange to a different product, click on this + icon and you should see Refund exchange click on the button and in here you can refund the money to one specific product or exchange to one specific product to another. You can exchange with this icon by clicking on that it will take you to the product list where you can choose one product. Click on Next. You can change the quantity, add your note done and you should see the status changed here to old and exchanged. But if you'd like to refund you can conduct that as well. You can refund the money to one product or to whole order. Click on Continue. You should see here the full paid amount and full money to be refunded. Once the numbers are right, click on Next and your refunds processed successfully. To be able to conduct a refund, employee needs to have an access to refund exchange feature and you can conduct that. In Employees module go to employee's module, click on Access levels, find an employee which you want to give access to. Click on edit and in the drop down you can see the device access levels. Scroll down and you should see Return and exchange which you have to enable to your employee. Thanks for watching and let us know if you have any questions.
