How to process a refund on the SalesVu POS

Hi. In this video I'll be showing you how to do the refund and exchange the product in the POS application. First thing you can do the refund in cash option or any credit cards. To do the refund, the orders status has to be closed and you can look out for the closed orders in the orders icon using these filters. By touching on it you can see the different order status. Here you will be needing the closed orders. Now you can search for the orders by sources, by employees, by shipping status, by customer and credit card info. Once you find an order which you want to refund to a customer, exchange touch on order and it gets attached to the order the POS and right at top of the POS you can see this icons lined up here which you can move it right. And you can see here the refund icon. Touch on the refund icon. So here you can refund or exchange one specific product by touching on this little box. If you want to exchange to different products, you would need this icon here. Touch on that and it will take you to the product list where you can choose the product. In the next step you can enter the quantity add note. Here you can see we have changed the old product to new one. So status will be changed here as well to old and exchanged one. But if you want to refund money to one specific product, you can do that as well by just checking the box. You can just use this box to refund all the to refund the money to all the products. Touch on Continue. So here you can see the full paid amount and full refund amount. Once you make sure the numbers are correct, touch on next and you'll receive process successfully. You can go to orders and start a new order. To be able to conduct a refund, employees need to have an access in the POS to be able to process a refund. You can do that in the backend portal go to salesvi.com log into your account and in the backend portal go to Employee modules. Once there click on access levels and find the employee which you want to give an access to the refund. Click on edit in a drop down here choose Device Access levels. Scroll down and you should see return and exchange feature which you have to enable it. Thanks for watching and let us know if you have any questions.
