Hi. In this video, I will show you how to receive a customer from the web portal. First, we're going to locate our appointment on the appointment calendar and we're going to click on it. After that, we will click on receive. Now we will assign the chair, table or room to the service and confirm receive. As you can see here, the color has changed for the appointment. This means that the customer has checked in. If I click on the appointment, you can either check out or undo the receipt. Hope this video helps and please let us know if you have further questions.
