Hi. In this video I will show you how to reschedule an appointment from the web portal. First we're going to locate our appointment on the appointment calendar and now we're going to click on it. Next step will be selecting reschedule and now you will see a calendar. At this point you will select the next date that the customer wants to take the appointment. I will do Thursday. After that you will select the time. We will reschedule for 12pm and finally you will receive a pop up message that says that the appointment has been rescheduled successfully and click on OK.
