A short instructional demo explaining how to use the Incoming (SalesVu) app alongside the Square point-of-sale app. The speaker demonstrates adding products in Square, completing payments (with optional receipt printing), and shows that orders are sent in real time to the Incoming app where they can be viewed, filtered, marked ready, or deleted/updated.
Hi. Today I'm going to show you how to use the Square app with our Incoming app by Sales View. So on the screen on the left hand side would be the Square app and on the right hand side would be the incoming app. Now let's go ahead and add a product. Let's click on food and I'm going to choose the Chicken Tikka masala. Then I'm going to click on charge and here you can see the payment screen. Here you will have the option to print a receipt. The transaction has been completed. The order will now be sent to the incoming app real time. As you can see, the order has been placed. So let's go ahead and do another transaction on the Square app. I'm going to add more products to the order. This time every new order that will be placed will automatically be the first order you will see in the Incoming app. When I click on the navigation bar on the right hand corner, it will show me options to delete or change the delivery status. At the top are all the different filters or ways I can search for an order. And then when the order is ready you can just click on ready and then it will disappear from your open orders page.
