SalesVu walks through Incoming 2.0, their order management and kitchen display system. Real-time order tracking, color coding, product summaries, and cloud-based remote management let restaurant staff see what's coming and what's done.
Incoming is an order manager and a kitchen display system for your restaurant. It allows you to view and manage all orders in real time, whether they are for dining, pickup or delivery. You can expand the order detail and mark orders with different statuses such as in process when the order is being prepared by the kitchen, ready when the order is finished, in transit when the order is on its way to the customer and then finally delivered when it's been delivered to the customer's house. Your customers can place orders directly from your own branded app that is also provided by SalesVu or from the Order app Customer Self Ordering Kiosk app, or from the townview.com customer ordering platform. Once an order is placed on one of these platforms, it will show up in Incoming instantly. Incoming can be used as a kitchen display or at any waitstaff station where it can be projected to a large monitor. To give your staff a larger view of all incoming and outstanding orders. Your staff can filter different statuses that apply to them. For example, orders that are placed just now will be filtered and shown in the kitchen, and orders that are ready will be shown to the delivery staff or the wait staff.
In our most recent update, we've added a summary of all products in recent Orders on top so the kitchen can see if there are multiple menu items that repeat in recent orders. We also added color coding of orders for quick recognition of all versus newer orders.
