Incoming is a free order manager and a kitchen display system for your restaurant. It allows you to view and manage all orders in real time, whether they are for dining, pickup or delivery. You can expand the order detail and mark orders with different statuses such as in process when the order is being prepared by the kitchen, ready when the order is finished, in transit when the order is on its way to the customer and then finally delivered when it's been delivered to the customer's house. Your customers can place orders directly from your own branded app that is also provided by SalesVu or from the Order App Customer Self Ordering Kiosk app or from the townvue.com customer ordering platform. Once an order is placed on one of these platforms, it will show up in Incoming instantly. Incoming can be used as a kitchen display or at any waitstaff station where it can be projected to a large monitor to give your staff a larger view of all incoming and outstanding orders. Your staff can filter different statuses that apply to them. For example, orders that are placed just now will be filtered and shown in the kitchen and orders that are ready will be shown to the delivery staff or the wait staff. The app itself is free when used in conjunction with our point of sale or branded app, but if you want more remote management and reporting functionality, you can subscribe to SalesVue Cloud. Here you can access the Orders report where you can access all the orders that came into all the kitchen display iPad terminals in a central cloud based interface that can be accessed from your office or restaurant chain headquarters.
