A SalesVu Technical Support tutorial (YouTube) demonstrating how the SalesVu POS integrates with the Incoming app. The presenter places orders on the POS (save and "fire" the ticket), which then appear on the Incoming app where modifiers display in red. Kitchen staff update orders by tapping process and then ready, which closes the order on the Incoming app; status changes are reflected back on the POS where open tickets and their statuses can be viewed.

Today we're going to show you how the incoming Buysales U app works. On the left hand side we have the POS and on the right hand side we have the incoming app. First we're going to go ahead and take an order on the POS and add a few items here. Now once you're ready, you can go ahead and save and fire the ticket. Once you fire save the ticket, the incoming app will receive the order. From here you can see that modifiers will show up in red. Now the kitchen staff can update the orders. So we'll go ahead and press process. When the kitchen staff is ready to update the order, they can touch on ready. The order will close out on the incoming app. Now we're going to go ahead and create another order and we're going to show you how the status updates back to the POS we're going to touch on in process for this order. Now you can touch on the orders icon on the POS to view all your open tickets. And here you can see the status in process. Thanks for watching. Let us know if you have any questions.
