SalesVu technical support shows how to set up SMS notifications for incoming orders. Navigate Settings, Order Tracking Status, Configure Template to edit your message, then mark an order Ready in the POS app to send the SMS instantly.
Today I'm going to show you how to set up SMS notifications by incoming from SalesVue. On the web portal. We will click on Settings, then click on the navigation bar and click Order Tracking Status. Here you can see all of our preset templates. To edit a template, click on the two dots and click Configure Template. Here is where you'll be able to edit the SAS text. There are also guides down below for your reference. To give you an example, let's go to the SalesVu POS app. Here I've opened an order I'm going to click on Ready and while it's thinking, it is sending the message to the number.
