Invoice is a completely free invoicing app that lets you create detailed and itemized invoices and quotes and send them to your customers directly from your phone. You can create an invoice by simply selecting the purchased products. The prices, discounts, taxes and totals are calculated automatically. If your customer isn't ready to commit yet, you can use our app to send them a quote. You can send the invoice or the quote to the customer by entering the customer's name and email. You can browse your past invoices and quotes and resend them to your customers if needed. Once your customer receives an invoice, they can pay for it immediately by clicking on the Pay now button. When the customer receives a quote, they can accept it by clicking on the Accept button. The Invoice app itself is free, but if you want more remote management and reporting functionality, you can subscribe to SalesVU Cloud and access reports that will give you extra information. Our sales report will show you your sales data broken down by products or categories, and even cross referenced by time of day and week, or even throughout the year. Using the Quote and invoicing functionality in SalesVue Cloud, you can also filter your quotes and invoices by customer name or by the reconciled status. You can export this report as well.
