A short SalesVu Technical Support YouTube tutorial (Apr 2020) showing the "New Additions" recommendation category on the OrderUp self-ordering kiosk. Hi. In this video I'm going to show you how New Additions category appears on Self Ordering kiosk. Order up by Sales View. When your customers start an order, they will see New Additions category at the left top of the main screen where all your regular categories are displayed. This category will contain only newly created products which will be added to this category automatically once you create them. New products will also be available in their original categories they belong to. In order to enable New Additions category, you would need to visit salesv.com, go to settings, click on three dots at the right top, select Recommendation Settings and Enable Recommendation for New Additions option. By default, new products will remain in this category for seven days after they were created, but you can change this number to any number of days you prefer. Thank you for watching this video.
