In this video, I'm going to show you how Square integrates with the on the list by SalesView Restaurant Waitlist app and your own branded app, also powered by SalesVu. As your customers come to your restaurant, you can place them in the waitlist. If a table isn't ready for their party size, the on the List app will calculate accurate wait times automatically. As the customer is added to the waitlist, they'll receive a text with a link to your own branded app to use the time the customers spend waiting for their table more effectively and they can download the app, browse the menu and even place their first orders. This will increase your table turn rate as customers can place orders more quickly and you're able to serve more customers during a single shift. All orders will go directly to your Square point of sale so the kitchen staff can start working on the order immediately and food can be delivered to customers as soon as they sit down at their table.
