OrderUp By SalesVu - Overview

Hi. Today we're going to show you an overview of the new Order up by Sales U app. The first thing you'll see here is the screensaver which is completely customizable. Tap on the screen and enter your name. Then you can enter your loyalty phone number, which is optional, and select your dining option. Next you will see a list of all your categories which you can scroll through. As you can see, with the new design, the categories and the product images are much more bigger, making it visually appealing and users friendly. Now, if you tap on the product itself here you can see the details of the product where you can see all the description, nutritional value and so forth. So we'll go ahead and add this to the cart and then go back to the categories. All products within OrderUp are fully customizable here. In this example you can see that there's a product with modifiers attached. Modifiers can have images which will allow customers to know what they're adding to the order. Once the customer is ready to pay, they can touch on the cart option to view the summary of the order. Once you're on the payment screen, the customer can pay by credit card or gift card. In this case, we will pay by gift card. Next, the tip prompt will display allowing your employees to earn more tips. Then you can finalize the transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, it will automatically print to the kitchen or appear on the kitchen display. To customize the Order up app, you will want to access the admin mode. Just tap on the OrderUp logo four times very quickly and then enter the PIN number of an employee. One of the new features that we've added is the timebase menu. Here you can toggle on and off the feature, but all the configuration is done on the back end under the settings icon. There are additional features that you can use to customize the Order up app. For example, you can assign a table to the kiosk or set up a screensaver and more. Order up by SalesV also works with the kitchen display called Incoming. One last feature that we wanted to show you here is the new Help icon. When the customer is stuck and needs help, all they have to do is touch on the Help icon and this will appear on the Incoming app. Your employees can then help the customer based on the location of the kiosk.
