Walk through the Orders section of a web portal: filter by location and date range, generate product or category reports, use advanced filters for order type and payment method, and search orders by ID, customer name, or card digits.
Hi. Today I'm going to show you how to navigate through the orders section. Start by going to the web portal and clicking on Orders. So if you have more than one location, click on the first drop down and choose the right location. The next drop down would be the date. So you can customize a date range or year to date, month to date, and when you want to apply those changes and you want to see the orders report for those specific dates, just click Apply. And the next drop down would be. You can run an orders report by product so you can customize it as by category or by specific products. Then when you want to do that, just click Submit. Advanced options would be running a report by order type payment method, order source and breakdown customer orders by that would mean click on the drop down it would be payment device or locations and then by the order type it would be either open, closed, deleted, partially paid, partially refunded, closed with deleted item and return, exchange by payment method it would be cash, check, credit card, external credit card, or all the payment methods that you accept in your business. An order source would be ecommerce, physical invoices, recurring billing through the website. So you have a lot of choices. And then you can also run an orders report by reconciled status, shipping status, order channels or by order amount. Just select a range from let's say 50 to $100. Then you could also search by order ID, customer name, customer email, the last four digits by clicking on the last four drop down that says search by. So for example you want to search by last four digits of the credit card. You only need to click on that, enter the four digits and click on submit and the orders report will run. Thanks for watching. Please let us know if you have further questions.
