This short SalesVu Technical Support video (April 2020) demonstrates the Order App feature that surfaces a Past Purchases category and suggests additional products based on a customer’s recent purchase history. Hi in this video we will show you how product Recommendation based on the customer's purchase history will work on Order App by Sales View. To get started a customer would need to touch on the Order app home screen, enter their name and their loyalty phone number. Select a Dine in option and the customers will see Past Purchases category that will contain all the products they purchased within the last 30 days. Our system will also scan these purchased products and will suggest some products that are frequently bought with the products from Past Purchases category. Recommended products will appear with a note you might also like and they will have a purchase button next to them. In order to enable Past Purchases category please visit salesvi.com go to settings, click on three dots at the right top select Recommendation Settings Enable Recommendation for Past Purchases option, click on Save and sync your order up with salesvu.com thank you for watching this video.
