You how to open a tab or pre authorize a card with our Ingenico device.
First I'm going to touch on the.
Pre auth icon.
And now I'm going.
To swipe or dip the card.
After this I'm going to follow the instructions on the device. When the cart has been approved, we will receive a message like this and we can click on Continue. Now we have an open order. At this point I'm just going to.
Add some products.
And if I'm ready to check out I will click on pay. The next screen that you're going to see is the payment screen.
As you can see here we have.
An extra type of payment which is.
The card that we already pre authorized.
I will go ahead and click on it and now I can add a tip. The last screen that you're going to see is when the transaction has been approved. At this point you can either print a receipt, send it by email or send it by text. As you can see here, we didn't.
