How to receive and check out customers in the SalesVU web portal. Log in, go to Features > Appointments > Appointment Calendar, then click a customer's appointment to receive them (turns blue) or check them out (turns light green).
Now you can receive your customers through the web portal as well. For that, you just have to log into your SalesVU account, go to Features, Go to Appointments, Go to Appointment Calendar and choose the appointment that you want to receive. I'm going to receive Daniel Radcliffe and click Receive. When you receive the customer, notice that the appointment turns blue. When you check out, just click the customer again and click Check. And then notice how the color changes. When you check out the customer, it turns light green. Thank you for watching and please let us know if you have further questions.
