I'm going to show you how to recharge your gift card on the back portal. Let's start by going to your SalesVue Cloud Portal. Click on Gift Card and Loyalty. Find the gift card you want to recharge. Click the two buttons on the side and click Recharge. Now enter the amount. Click Recharge. There will be an alert. Just click the OK button and you can see that your gift card has been recharged.
