Our recurring billing feature is a part of the SalesVU Cloud solution. With the recurring billing feature, you can charge your customers automatically on a regular basis for products and services like a wine club, a gym membership or tutoring. You can set up billings easily by clicking on Add Recurring Billing Here. You can create the billing based on a customer group, from your CRM or by individual customers. Then select the products or the services that you want to charge the customers for and lastly set up the recurrence pattern. You can charge the customers monthly, weekly, yearly, etc. And you can also set up an end date. You will have the option to suspend the billing or cancel it before the end time that you specify here in case something unexpected happens. If you are creating this billing for more than one person, they will all receive an email where they can accept the billing agreement and enter their credit card information. If you are setting this up for only one person, you will have an option to enter their credit card details right away from SalesVu. Once you have your recurring billing set up, you can view your historical sales broken down by products per recurring billing.
