Refund Exchange
Today I'm going to show you how to refund an exchange on a web portal. Let's go ahead and go to your web portal and click on Orders. Look for the order either in your first location. If you have multiple locations, you can also search by the filters provided above. You can look through the date, find it by product or other options. I'm going to click on this order and click Refund Exchange. There are two scenarios when doing a refund and exchange on the web portal. Let's go with the first one, which is exchanging an item that is smaller than the purchased item. Click on the Refund Exchange button and then substitute the product you want to get instead. Click Next, then click Done. Here you can see the product that you purchased and the product you've exchanged it for. Click Continue and you will get the refund amount of $1.83. Click Next. The refund was successfully done and as you can on the order details, the item that we exchanged is going to be on red and the new item will be on the top. Second scenario, we're going to exchange the original item for a bigger amount. So go through all the steps again and then click Done. And as you can see, we're going to exchange it for $3.50 and click continue. And the system will automatically recognize that it's a bigger amount than the original purchased amount. So just choose from any of the following payment methods. I'm going to choose Cash and it's done. It will reflect on the order details as you can see here. Thanks for watching.
