Hi, my name is Ricky and I'm here to tell you about an app that's really changed the way we're doing business here at our dance studio. It's called the Hear app by Sales View. On the Here app by Sales View, it's allowing us to really engage better with our customers. One of the unique things about the Hear app that other apps we've noticed don't really have is the customer portion where we can sit here and add our clients who come into the dance studio right now. I'll show you an example of that. We can type in a customer here. We type in their first and last name. What's awesome about it is that it's able to tell. We're able to then put in their phone number. It's very important for us to have their phone number so that we're able to really to contact these people, let them know of changes that are happening within the dance studio and different types of scheduling that we'll have for them. So you're able to incorporate their phone number there as well as their email address and their account number and their address for our dance studio records. Those are very important things for us to have. After inputting the customer, it allows us to then complete the transaction of the dance classes that we have. Right now we are in summer hours, so we. We don't have as many class options for summer as we do during the typical year. So an example of that would be the customer comes in. They're now on here. David Ramos. David Ramos wants to take one of our Hali School workshops, which is one of the dance workshops that we have to offer. Another great thing about the Here app by SalesVU is the ability that it has to integrate with Square. Square is our payment method. It links directly up to our bank account and it's an all in one service. Typically before with other apps we've had to use, we've had to use one app and then we'll do a payment for the other one. For here, it's an all in one service that Here is providing for us. From here, you see we have David Ramos. He's taking our Holly School workshop. He then has the option to pay. He'll pay by credit card. We'll do no tip for this one. We don't typically do tips with our dance classes. And then the option of swipe to pay. Right here is the square attachment where we will be swiping credit cards today. Should you not have that, there is a manual card entry that the app provides for you. As well. It'll print out the receipt and you'll have it from there.
