Sales Report in SalesVu Cloud

SalesVu Cloud's Sales Report feature lets you track revenue by date range, product, category, employee, or location. Choose hourly to monthly views, visualize data as tables or charts, and export or print results. The tutorial covers filtering for top and bottom sellers and how to contact support.
Our sales report will show you your sales data processed on the point of sale. By default, you will be shown the last seven days from today, but you can change this date range to any custom range. To change the date range, you have to click anywhere on the date field. Instead of a custom range, you can use one of the quick date ranges on the left side like yesterday or last 30 days. Here we're going to do a completely custom date range. In this section we'll be selecting the start time and date, and here on the right side we'll be selecting the end time and date. Once you apply the date range, you'll see your overall sales in that selected date range for the entire time period. You can choose to break down your sales hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly too, depending on the date range. For example, I'm running a report for 17 days, so if I want to see my sales for each day in that date range separately, I will select daily. We only process sales on these dates, so that's the information we see. If I was running a report for the entire year, I might want to see sales for each month separately. You can also choose to view your sales for each individual product or simply by categories of different levels. When you break down the report by products, you can select all the products and see which products are your best sellers and which ones aren't doing so well. By using the sorting option in the header, you can combine this filter with the time period filter and see how a specific product sales have been over a specific time period. For example, our Avocado Maki product broken down monthly since the beginning of the year. In addition to this, you can break down the report by point of sale stations, employees or locations. If you have multiple, this will allow you to see employees who are best sellers and also the better performing locations. There are different visualizations that you can pick for this report. There's a simple table that we've been looking at. The table can be arranged easily to show the best selling or the most sales generating products by using the sorting options on top. It can be exported, printed or saved directly from this page. You can also view your reports as a pie, especially when you're comparing products, categories, employees, locations or point of sale devices to each other. The line chart and the bar chart can be used when you're comparing products, categories, employees, locations or POS devices to each other over time. If you have any questions about the sales report, please contact us by phone, chat or email. 24. 7 We'll be happy to help you.
