In this video I will show you how to print a booking schedule from a technician. First we will go to appointments and the system will load the appointment calendar. I'm going to customize the search of my appointment and I will do it by employee. This will be the appointments for the day. Please note that we also have color coded appointments. This is just to organize better and make it easier. If you want to customize the colors click on Color Legend and you can select your own. Now to print a schedule you can simply go to the button here. Click on Print. It'll download a PDF file or you can be more specific if you just want to print one employee at a time. Let's go to employees. For example we'll go with Louisa. This is Louisa's appointments for the day and I will just repeat the same process. Click on Print.
