A brief SalesVu Technical Support tutorial (YouTube) explaining how to exclude specific items from a loyalty program. The speaker instructs users to log into their SalesVu account, open the "Gift Card and Loyalty" settings, enable "Exclude Items from Loyalty" if disabled, then pick items to exclude by category or product and by location, and save the changes.

Hi. In this video I'll be showing you how to exclude some items from a loyalty program. To set that up, please log into your account@salesvu.com and click on Gift Card and Loyalty. Once there, please click on Exclude Items from Loyalty. If Exclude items from Loyalty is disabled, you would have to enable this and click on ok. So after enabling this, you can choose to exclude some items by category and by products here, here. You can choose your location here and go on selecting items which you want to exclude from Loyalty and save it. Thank you for watching and let us know if you have any questions.
