Welcome. In today's video I will walk you through SalesVU recommendation algorithm. These are constantly compiling types of product recommendations and presenting them subtly as upsell recommendations during various stages of the order flow. They can be enabled on the order app, kiosk or E Commerce webpage. New Additions Best Sellers Past Purchases Trust trending Now Frequently Bought Together Similar products you might also like and filters New Additions when your customers start a new order, they will see a category with all the newly added products which will be added to this category automatically. Once you create the new products, they will also be available on their original category. For this example, we have the Double Cheeseburger trending now this category will contain all the products that have been trending among your customers today. Our system populates this category based on your live sales data and updates the trending products every 30 minutes to offer your customers the latest hot products from your offer. Bestsellers. This will happen as well for all your most in demand products. They will be grouped in the category for Best sellers. Our system constantly analyzes your sales data and updates Bestsellers Category and based on some custom parameters, after a customer has entered their phone number before starting the order, this category will show all the products they purchased within the last 30 days. In here we can see all the products for this specific customer. Veronica Frequently Bought Together When a product is added to the order, the system will offer additional products to purchase in the modifier flow. Our system keeps track of combinations of products based on what other customers have frequently purged. With this product, you can add the product automatically from this screen to the cart and then continue browsing the menu. Similar Products the same flow for Frequently Bought Together will apply for this recommendation. After adding a product to the cart, the product recommendation of similar products will appear at the bottom of the screen with all the products under this group that share the same attributes or tags. You might also like after adding some products to the order, our system will find the best selling product that is also frequently bought together with all the items in the current it will recommend it as you might also like a suggestion to be added at the very last moment of the purchase process. These recommendations are also visible on the POS and the website. To conclude, AI recommendations can adapt to any environment with versatile ordering options.
