SalesVu Premium Features - Loyalty Program

A loyalty program is another way to offer very interesting discounts for those special customers that visit your business very often. With this loyalty program, you can inspire customers to accumulate points on every visit. SalesVu has incorporated multi tier loyalty which means that according to the limits set up on each level, customers can upgrade their loyalty program and get even better discounts. This will incentivize them to accumulate more and more points on every visit. The first thing you have to do is log into the web management portal and click on Loyalty. From here, select the Settings tab. One of the most important steps is activating this module by clicking on Active. Now it's time to create our loyalty rewards. You can name your loyalty program and set up the conditions for each level. So for this case we have a white level which is the first one, then silver level and finally gold level. We can see here how much each customer has to unlock according to each level and the special treatment which is a higher percentage in rewards as lower loyalty cash. These percentages are customizable. You can pick the minimum purchase amount required to start within those credits and the amount to move from one tier to the next. You can also incentivize customers to get rewards for events. This can be offering loyalty cash when they sign up or when they place their first order. If you have more than one location, you can also select which locations you want this loyalty program to be applied to. Now let's see this program in action. On the SalesVu POS app, the first thing you need to type is the customer's phone number. The customer will then receive an activation link via SMS or if it is an existing customer, the system will automatically recognize the customer and attach it to the order. The server can take the customer's order and add products. Once the customer is ready to checkout, the server needs to tap on pay and select the payment method they prefer. Here the customer will have the option to choose the loyalty cash as payment method and use their points or or pay with another method and keep accumulating points on their account. Once they pay, the screen will show two the loyalty points earned or spent in this order and the account balance to conclude, Enabling a multi tier rewards program is the best way to convert first time customers into regular customers. Customers can accumulate or redeem loyalty cash on every platform pos online ordering or through the self ordering kiosk. Sales View loyalty program is structured by levels and depending on each level, consumers can benefit from special treatment as well as a higher percentage of purchases being rewarded as loyalty cash.
