SalesVu's new Roundup feature automatically rounds orders up to the next dollar and adds the difference as a donation line item. The tutorial shows how to activate it during checkout and where to track donation totals in backend reports.
Welcome. In this video I will be walking you through our new feature of Roundup. This feature will allow your customers to leave donations by rounding up their order total to the nearest dollar amount on the POS app or via your E Commerce page. Now all you need to do is simply add products to the order. In this example I'm going to add three products and then the next step is going to the part up from the order number and then scroll to the very end and tap on round. Now this icon will automatically add an item called donation which is something that you will also be able to see on your reports. Then all you need to do is finish up the transaction with any payment method and finish the order. Now this can be seen on the backend under the C Report, she report or also under Orders and the all in one master report. Now here I have an example of the see report for today and then we can see all of the sales, the order details, the categories and under the categories we will be able to see a new one called Donations you in which we can see the net sales of all donations of all the day. If you go to the orders you will be able to see each one of the orders and how much each customer donated according to the Roundup. Thank you for watching and let us know if you have any questions.
