SalesVu + Tessitura Integration

In this video, I'll show you how salesviyo integrates with Tessitura Network. This partnership is ideal for museums that have gift shops or art centers with multiple venues such as concessions, drinks or snacks. Throughout the whole video, we'll cover four main features that art centers or any business in this industry is looking for. The first integrated feature will be Customers. Look up for any client you have in your Tessitura database where with SalesVU POS app you can search by phone number, email or in this case by customer or membership number. You can also do customer tags if that's the case and you can scan them. Once the member's profile is on the screen. You're able to double check information as Membership status expiration date. If this membership has any sort of discount and of course the discount name, touch and select to attach the member to the order. The second integrated feature will be membership Discounts. Once you attach a customer to the order and start adding products, the membership discount will apply automatically towards any purchase. Once you touch on pay, you'll see the payment screen. This is the third part of the integration with Tessitura. Redeem all your existing Tessitura gift certificates with the Sellsio POS app. Once the transaction has been completed, you can check the gift certificate number and the balance. You can also print a receipt or send it by text or email. The last part of the integration with Tesitura will be Purchase history. We will go back to the customers icon at the top and we will go ahead and look for the member. Once you see the customer on this screen we will go at the top and select Close Orders. This way you can see past purchase history of this specific member. This report will sync with your Tessitura account and you will be able to see the same information.
