SalesVu Technical Support walks through how to save and reuse customer credit card information in the SalesVu POS system. Store cards on file for faster checkout, then select a saved card when processing payments.
Hi in the newest version of SalesVu we can save the customer's credit card information on the pos. To do that I'm going to click on customers. I will select Adam Johnson for this example and now I'm going to scroll down. If I have a card saved the details will appear like this and if I want to add a new cart I'm just going to click on add new cart. At this point I can either swipe it, dip it or enter it manually. When creating an order we will have an extra type of payment. I will go ahead and select Adam Johnson for this order and I will add some products. I'm going to hit on pay and now on credit card next to manual we will have saved cards. I will go ahead and click on it and you can select the previous cards that you have stored on this customer's profile. Hope this video helps and please let us know if you have further questions.
