SalesVu shows how to control which employee names customers see when booking appointments. Go to Features → Appointments → General Settings and choose Full name, First name, or Do not show. The demo books a classic manicure to show how staff appears as "any staff" in the customer flow.

Hi. In this video, I'm going to show you a new setting that we've added to only show employee's first name or no name when booking an appointment. By default, full employee's name will be visible just like this. Louisa and Mark Organ. To enable this setting, we're going to go to our Sales View account. We're going to click on Features, go to Appointments, select the location and go to General Settings. Now we see here show employee's name in appointment Widget and Branded app. We have three options. Either we can select full name only, first name or not show. We're going to select the third one, then just click on save. And when booking an appointment it'll look different. It'll look like this. So I'm just going to click on services. I'm going to book a classic manicure.
And instead of selecting an employee, the system will have any staff. So I will proceed and check the date and the time that I want the service.
I will book it for Saturday at 1:30pm and I'm just gonna click Submit.
