Setup the SMBC printer with SalesVu

I'm going to show you how to set up the SalesView Staples SNC printer that you'll get. So in the box you're going to get the printer itself, you're going to get some paper, you get ethernet cord and the power cord which looks like this. First thing you want to do is put in the paper, take it this way, pull this cable, goes in like so. Just drop it in, shut the lid. All set. Next thing you want to do is connect power. We'll take this cable and on the back of the printer, see here, this is where the power is going to go in. So this cable, you'll see it's rounded and then flat. So the flat part to gonna go on the bottom. So you'll plug it in like this, it'll click in like so. We're also gonna wanna go ahead and plug in the ethernet cord to here like so. Go ahead and turn this on. Power. At the front you'll see the green light. Here you'll see an error because no network is connected with the other end. I'm gonna take the ethernet cord and plug it into your router, which we have right here. Plug it in. Notice no more error. Next thing you wanna do is go over to your iPad settings, turn on the WI fi and as always, we want to make sure that this network is the same network as is our router. In this case, it's our SalesVue 5G network. So it is. You see, we have no more flashing light error. The next thing we want to do is open our SalesVue app, select the gear icon for settings, and then printer options and at the top, search for printers. Test Print. This should show up automatically. If it doesn't, you can select Search Printers. If it's there, you can simply select Test Print to make sure that the printer is connected. Test Print's complete and you're all set to print receipts.
