How to install an iDynamo 5 card reader into a Heckler Stand Tall iPad stand. Fit the reader into the side indents, connect it to the Lightning port, secure it with screws, and test with a card swipe.
In this video, I'm going to show you how to install the Idynamo 5 card reader onto your iPad using the heckler stand tall stand. So first thing you're going to want to do is get everything in the box you're going to need. So there's going to be some of these clips, and there's ones for the iPad air and different ones for the Air 2. They come in a little bag like this. You'll see adapter clips for iPad air. So that's what we're going to be using. They go on here on the stand, like so. Next thing you're going to want to do is install the Idynamo 5 into the stand. And you'll see on the edge there is two little sort of indents here on each side. Those are going to go here on the stand, like so. You'll see the stands kind of holding this in place. Next thing we're going to do is just put that into the iPad, into Lightning Port, and the iPad should just rest, flush like that. Next step is to grab this piece. This is going to sandwich this in and hold everything in place. You want to make sure you got this going in the right way. And you'll use the Allen key provided to insert these screws. We're all set. So the card reader's nice and secure in there. And you want to process, process transactions. You'll just swipe the card through like that.
