Go to Products in the management portal and assign the previously created tags to each product.

In the Sales View Management Portal: Settings → (three dots) → Recommendation Settings → Point of Sale App Settings (toggle on/off), then Save.

In this video I'm going to show you the similar products product recommendation in the POS app. This product recommendation will show the employees additional products that the customers might be interested in in the modifier flow. Similar products share the same attributes as the product that is being viewed. The similarities between products are determined by tags that are attributed to each product, which can be done from the SalesVU management portal. Sign in to salesvu.com Click on Products and Services Click on Manage Categories. Click on Edit. Go to Tag Groups where you can create tag groups and actual tags that are available for the given category. Then you can go back to Products and assign tags to each product. Products with the same tags will be considered similar products. You can show or hide this product recommendation by changing a setting in the Sales View Management Portal login. Click on Settings. Click on the three dots. Click on Recommendation Settings. Scroll down to Point of Sale App Settings and turn this setting on or off. Click on Save.
