Set up a Star TSP100 LAN receipt printer for SalesVu POS on iPad. Connect power and ethernet to your router, load paper, then find the printer in SalesVu settings under Printer options and run a test print.
In this video, we're going to show you how to set up your Star TSP100 network printer. So in the printer box, you'll find printer paper, power cord, and ethernet cord. First thing you're going to want to do is take the paper, open through like this, insert the paper this way, drop it in, shut the top. Next thing you want to do is plug in the power in the back here power cable, insert it like so, and your ethernet cable will go here. All right? Next thing we want to do is switch on the power. Next thing you want to do is plug the other end of your ethernet cable into the router. So we have our router here. Take the other cable, plug it in here like so. So you'll notice now we have a solid light on the printer. Next thing we want to do is open your iPad and then connect to the WI fi. And you want to be on the same network that this router is on. So we're going to click settings, turn the WI FI on, and if you've got multiple networks, you want to make sure you're selecting the correct one. Go ahead and select this one. Next thing we'll do is open the SalesV app settings. Printer options. There's an automatic search, so you should see a printer shown here. If not, you can press Search Printers. It'll reset, search for another one. You can do a test print to make sure that the printer is connected. Press there. Test print's complete. You have salesman test prim, and you're all set. You're ready to print your seeds.
