Sublime Chocolate - Troy Easton

This is our shop, Sublime Chocolate. We are located in the Waters Creek Shopping center in Allen, Texas. We make a wide range of truffles and bonbons. We have gourmet coffee, espresso based drinks. We also make chocolate from the bean itself. This is called Craft Chocolate. And Here is our SalesVU Restaurant POS app running through a transaction right now. As you can see, it's very easy and very intuitive for both the customer and our employees. And the reason why I love the management portal upon logging in. As you can see, I get a wide range of reports instantly from transactions to sales to customers. I can even instantly see previous week's reports and compare those at the left. Everything is at my fingertips. I can add products very easily. I could look at orders, I could change the parameters of the dates to see those orders. If I'm having trouble, I can instantly chat with someone. I chose SalesVu for its wide range of features. It's low cost. It's very easy and intuitive to work with things like gift cards and loyalty that are integrated. If I want to have a web store or a Facebook store, it's easy to set up. It's fully integrated. We get this and so much more that we haven't even taken advantage of yet such as recurring billing, invoicing, inventory and accounting for such a low cost. To us, one of the coolest features is this employee portal with a built in time clock. It shows our labor reports. We could even have schedule requests. But best of all, with all these features, the system is very simple to use and easy to understand. Plus customer support is top notch.
