SalesVu Technical Support walks through connecting your Square account to the SalesVu system. The tutorial covers setting up different Square card readers and managing integration settings in the SalesVu management portal.
Hi. Today we're going to show you how to connect your Square account with welcome by SalesVu. First we're going to touch on the Gear icon and touch on Connect with Square. Click here to launch the Safari web browser and then log into your Square account. Now, once you're logged in, make sure to allow any permissions that appear and to choose your location if you have more than one within your Square account. Now, if you have the Square headphone jack reader, there's nothing further you need to do. But if you have the Bluetooth EMV chip reader, then touch on Connect a reader. Now hold on to the small button that appears on your Square contact list reader until a flashing orange light appears. Now, once it's connected, wait for the status to show. Ready? The connection is now completed. You may now use the credit card reader. Another option that we have to connect your Square account is directly done from the SalesView management portal. You click on Settings and then Square Integration. From here, you can click on Connect and then log into your Square account. Or you can disconnect it from here as well. Thanks for watching.
