SalesVu lets you manage appointment calendars across multiple locations from a portal or mobile app. Select locations from a dropdown to view schedules side by side, book a service by picking staff and time, and customers get SMS and email confirmations.
Hi. Today we're going to show you how to view calendars across multiple locations and to book appointments. First, we have the Sales View Management portal. Here you want to click on appointment and Appointment Calendar. You can see your multiple locations here from the drop down. Now, to view your appointments, all you have to do is select a date. So we'll go and choose November 7th. Here you can see all your appointments that are booked. Now, right click on the appointment calendar text and open a new tab. Here you can select the second location and then select the date of your choice. So we're going to do November 7th. Now, at this point, you can actually toggle between the two to view your appointments at each location you can book and you can make changes if you need to. Next, we have the branded app. Each business can actually have their own app that's available in the App Store and Google Play Store. As you can see, there are two locations for this business. We're going to select the first one. You can see the business information, see their deals as well as make appointments. Each location is configured on an individual basis. So here for the second location, you can see their own information, their deals and appointments. Now, to book an appointment, touch on the appointment tab. We're going to go ahead and select the hair service and the haircut. We'll choose any staff member here and then we're going to pick a date and time for the appointment. Now the customer can put in all their information, but if they're an existing customer, they can just sign in and it'll fill in all the data for you. Now the customer will have to submit their payment to book the appointment. Here we have a preloaded gift card which also works across multiple locations. But if the customer wants to pay by credit card, they can touch on new credit card and then enter their payment menu. Once the appointment has been booked, a text message will be received as well as the email confirmation. They can continue or they can add this appointment to their calendar. Now, going back to the home screen of the branded app, we'll go ahead and book an appointment for the second location as well. We'll touch on the hair service and a haircut.
