In this video, I'm going to show you how to set up different pricing based on which employee performs the service. You can set up two different services, for example Men's Haircut and Expert Men's Haircut. Expert Men's Haircut would have a set price of $30 and you can assign your more seasoned employees to this service, while Men's haircut would cost $20 and you can assign the rest of your staff to this service. As a result, the Expert haircut could automatically only be performed by your more experienced employees with the added premium to add a new service in the welcome app, tap on the plus sign above the search bar, enter the service name, select category, and enter the price change. Select Product type to service, then enter the service duration and the service delay, which is the time needed between two clients. Select employees who can perform this service and select physical resources where this service can be performed. Then tap on Save in the upper right hand corner.
