Short SalesVu Technical Support YouTube tutorial (Oct 29, 2018) demonstrating how to view client notes from the appointment calendar. The speaker walks through selecting Calendar, finding the reservation/date (or using the search bar), expanding the appointment, tapping the note icon next to customer info, and opening Comments to read notes linked from the customer directory.

In this video, I will show you how to view client notes on the appointment calendar. Select Calendar at the top and look for the best date. Search for the reservation on the calendar or use the search bar at the top. Expand the appointment and touch on the note icon next to the customer information. Select Comments at the top and take a look at existing notes for your client. These notes are linked directly from the customer's directory.
