In this testimonial, Jill Turner—a transformational career coach and improv teacher from California—describes her extensive health challenges prior to the cleanse, including anemia, chronic fatigue, brain fog, severe PMS, joint pain, and low energy that even caffeine could not alleviate. Seeking a guided at‑home panchakarma/diet reset, she turned to Salila Sukumaran’s program, which combined clear dietary instructions, timing aligned with her menstrual cycle, and educational support. Within a few days she reported dramatic improvements: heightened energy, mental clarity, better sleep, elimination of joint and menstrual pain, reduced bloating, and the ability to sustain intense daily exercise. Jill emphasizes the ease and enjoyment of the diet (including rituals like chai masala), the balance of activity and rest, and the emotional uplift—joy, confidence, and a sense of living optimally. She credits the cleanse for enabling her to focus on and grow her coaching business, noting a direct link between physical vitality and professional performance. Jill also reflects on challenges such as managing energy levels during workouts and confronting fear of self‑administered panchakarma, but frames these as growth moments. The testimonial concludes with a strong endorsement, positioning the cleanse as a life‑changing, affordable, holistic intervention that can boost immunity, longevity, and overall quality of life for a wide range of clients.

I'd had a lot of anemia challenges, low energy, brain fog, painful cramps, and you cannot caffeine away these problems. I'm so glad that we did this cleanse when we did. You offer it for such a bargain. It's life-changing stuff. It's just like amazing. So, you know, joint pain was just like no longer. I'm waking up with less pain just overall in my body. I had like zero bloating, no cramps at all, just bright-eyed, social on my period. I was absolutely loving life. Like when you do just one of these, you're probably adding weeks to your life. I mean, you are really setting the stage for health and for immunity for the entire year to 2 years. I was like, this just feels like how I need to be living all the time. I felt so much joy. It was just this beautiful, lovely day. Every single day. I am Jill Turner. I am a transformational career coach. I live in California. I'm also an improv teacher. I teach improv comedy to high school students in their drama program. People are like, what? But yeah, I have two dream jobs. I had done at-home panchakarma, home diet-based detoxes or diet resets before. I'd done one that was guided in the past, and I found it so helpful to just have the guidance that was educational. I understood why I was doing it. Oh, and I've also gotten to India and had a panchakarma, but I was struggling with my energy and with consistency. And so I asked if you had anything that you could guide me through at home and if you could just like tell me what to do. Because if someone tells me what to do, I'm a great student. So this was a perfect format for me. You so quickly start to feel better and then the things just sort of drop out of your consciousness. I'd had a lot of anemia challenges. It just means that, like, you somehow from your diet or from your lifestyle aren't absorbing from your food enough iron to create healthy amounts of iron and healthy hemoglobin. But just know that previously in my life, like multiple times from the time I was a teenager and like mid-20s, I've had periods of severe fatigue and the primary symptoms of anemia. I knew my body well enough that stress and, you know, just like slightly lowered nutrition was creating this for me. All winter I had cold extremities, low energy, brain fog. It was just draining time. I also had a lot of anxiety about how I would get enough done in my business if my body wasn't in this good condition. I also had for months PMS symptoms like heavy cramping that would leave me holding my belly on the sofa for hours. I wasn't taking ibuprofen. I'm sure if I had, then it wouldn't have been that bad. Back pain, breast tenderness for up to a week leading up to my period. So typical lifestyle stress stuff, you know. I started seeing improvements right away. I mean, within 3 or 4 days of eating the way that you say to eat, which is very easy to do, I had better energy, better focus, better clarity, and I was sleeping better. Also waking up with less pain just overall in my body. And that was so funny because I didn't even realize that I had been waking up with pain. I really don't suffer from it anymore. I sleep with a pillow between my knees. For me, I'm really bony. And so when I sleep, I just like, I go out of alignment. So I would wake up in the morning I would have kicked my pillow, and for weeks I didn't need it anymore. Like, it's just like amazing. So, you know, joint pain was just like no longer. And, you know, I've had problems with cleanses in the past because when you're trying to avoid dairy, if you love dairy, which I do, I thought about it every day, like 10 times a day. But yeah, I didn't struggle with any food restrictions at all. It felt really easy. Everything was tasty. And we start the cleanse right after your period. I was staying with my mom And it's like when you're on your period, you kind of want to be alone. You want to take a day of rest and you don't really want to talk to anyone. I had no breast tenderness or pain at all leading up to the period. I had like zero bloating, no cramps at all. I did an hour of self yoga, just bright-eyed, social. I went out with friends. Later that day we went to the wedding and all night I was like dancing, drinking. I was fine. I woke up the next day. I wasn't even hungover. It was insane. On my period, but I swear to God, like, I was absolutely loving life. You would never know that I was on my period, yeah. Yeah, I mean, it was just gone. It was gone so quickly that I didn't even, like, think about it. And obviously, like, when you're going through the cleanse, you have days where you, like, maybe exercised a little bit too much for a cleansing body, and so it, like, drains you. And so there's still days where I would, like, take a little nap. But it was, like, a great experience. I'm like, "Ah, I feel so rejuvenated and refreshed, and I feel so relaxed." and alert. Yeah, so like the brain fog was, was like a thing of the past, honestly, within the first week. It's amazing. I've been quite active, like I've been biking. I've been doing about 2 hours of exercise like every day. Yeah, it's insane, Salila. Like a person who was anemic and couldn't even sit at her computer and like do her dream job. Yes, I'm so glad that we did this cleanse when we did because actually it really set me up perfectly to dive fully into my business. And as a result of really being in peak condition in my body and having tons of clarity in my mind, and now I actually have the beginnings of a thriving business, which I was capable of doing because of all that shedding that we did in May. Yeah, I mean, I think like the best part of it— yeah, how easy it was. It honestly felt like— I was like, this just feels like how I need to be living all the time. I really enjoyed the new changes that I was making, it just feels better. For my mind, it feels better. And I really just— I ate so much better and I enjoyed my food so much more for some reason when I was doing that, even though there were those restrictions. I don't— oh my God, Salila. I love the fact that, you know, I could still have my chai masala. It was such a ritual and I felt so much joy every morning when I'd eat my breakfast. Like, it was just this beautiful, lovely day every single day. Okay, yeah, the biggest challenge The challenge was just like not exactly knowing how much energy I had because I didn't want to like drain my body and impact the depth of the cleanse that my body is capable of. I remember going on like an hour-long bike ride and like that being too much. I mean, I'd done panchakarma before, so virechana is like, it's so natural. And I have done vamana as well under a doctor's care. And so I felt comfortable doing it myself, but I was definitely scared, but I made a decision. I'm gonna fucking do this 'cause I'm a badass. It's so interesting. Like, the first time I did Vamana, like, I felt awful before I— When you're really actually sick and you vomit, you feel like you're dying and you just can barely hang on to the toilet. It's nothing like when you therapeutically drink an herb concoction and allow your body to naturally vomit it back up. Like, you already have so much clarity 'cause you're already a very healthy the individual from having cleansed. And then afterwards you feel very light. I would say they probably don't understand the long-term effects of cleansing, and then they don't understand how impactful the outcome is. And they might have been living like they have been for so long that they can't quite picture the true outcome. They might not believe it. You offer it for such a bargain. It's life-changing stuff. Like, when you do just one of these, you're probably adding weeks to your life. You are really setting the stage for health and for immunity for the entire year to 2 years when you do like a deep version of a home panchakarma, which is what you're offering. It's so powerful. But some of your clients have major chronic disorders. Some people have had this level of stress and this kind of symptomology, it's, it's all they know. And you cannot caffeine away these problems. You have to treat the root cause, and it's a holistic lifestyle thing. And what you're offering is so pervasive, it touches every aspect of someone's life. It's absolutely life-changing. So she wouldn't recommend it if it would be dangerous for you in some way. Oh my gosh, every time someone is about to start it, I just am so happy for them because When you make a decision about your health, I would say as the career coach, life coach that I am, you will only accept and believe and surrender to thoughts equal to your emotional state. And so if you're going into this and you're excited and optimistic and you're hearing my testimonial and thinking what could be possible for you, I would just like keep that optimism and excitement and I couldn't have possibly known how well I really was gonna do in my business once I really finally had the energy and clarity that I did. I mean, it's like, it was life-changing. I'm so glad I finally did it. Yeah, so that's what I would say to someone. It's good for you. Yay! Thanks, Salila Sukumaran.
