When you first start approaching, it's easy to feel down and self-critical. So I told Brendan to treat day 1 as a big warm-up. Spread love, offer genuine curiosity, no overthinking or expectations.

And then I go like, hey, this is gonna sound a little spontaneous, but I just saw you from over there and I wanted to come say hello. And notice when I do that, my vibe, not like this, like, anxious vibe, very, like, relaxed. I'm looking at her. Brendan tried a few times, I gave feedback, and he kept at it. You don't need to over-compliment her. Essentially, you're finding out about her at first. The fear of approaching girls. The most important result I got was getting over 70 to 80% of my fear of approaching girls. Just that alone was worth the entire week.
