The video follows Brendan, a 29‑year‑old speech coach from Canada who has never had a romantic relationship, as he undergoes a intensive, residential dating‑coaching program led by Papa Choi. After earlier stints in London, Bangkok and a 10‑day Bangkok residency, Brendan travels to Bali for the final phase. The narrative highlights his deep‑seated limiting beliefs – the need to wear a "mask" to be attractive, fear of taller women, and the belief that his authentic self would be rejected. Papa Choi works with him on body‑language, style upgrades (with Kati, Papa’s girlfriend, acting as a stylist), and the cultivation of a playful, humor‑driven "vibe" that reflects Brendan’s true personality. Coaching tactics include real‑time “secret‑agent” earpiece guidance, frame‑shifting metaphors (e.g., heart‑shaped sunglasses that change perception), and deliberate exposure to fear (approaching groups, dancing, using accents). Breakthrough moments are documented: Brendan’s successful approach to a Korean fashion model, a spontaneous dance with Japanese girls, and a confident street‑level opener despite illness and fatigue. The video culminates with Brendan confidently engaging a woman on the phone, showcasing the removal of his mask and the integration of his new Papa frame. Throughout, Papa Choi emphasizes that the core of attraction is authenticity, humor, and owning one’s raw vibe rather than performing a manufactured alpha persona.
Chapters
And look at his body language, right? No more of this thinker pose, no more of this like a leaning in, like simpy energy. He's really integrating the papa, the papa body language, right? Leaning back, arm out, right? Shoulders facing the other way.
Most guys are terrified to approach one woman. This guy approached 300. Meet Brendan, 29, speech coach from Canada and still a virgin.
Just to let you know, I hope you have fun. That's all good.
He flew all the way to Bali to learn how to vibe with women anytime, anywhere. I'm his coach, and I teach men how to approach fearlessly and vibe with anyone. But the real goal? Dropping the mask, owning your vibe, creating magic from who you really are. Problem was, when Brendan showed up in Bali, He was completely wrecked. The guy still does not give up.
Yeah, man, never give up. Never give up. Never die, never give up.
Don't die and never give up, right?
Don't die and never give up.
Sick, injured, shut down. He couldn't even make proper eye contact.
Trying to survive.
What you're about to see is actually part 3 of his journey. Last year, he came to London and approached 100 women. In Bangkok, 200 more.
Boom, on fire.
Now he's in Bali, not just to approach, but to finally let go and fully become himself. What happened here? Neither of us saw it coming. Quick recap vibe. Before coming to Bali, Brendan, my other client Siggy, and I spent 10 days in Bangkok for part 1 of our residential coaching, where we live together, vibe together, and I coach him day in and day out. Anytime, anywhere, literally. And all of this crazy Bangkok journey culminated to this one moment where Brendan saw this beautiful girl walking down the street and he sprints down to make this crazy stop, finally embodying his polarizing masculine presence and romantic intent. And for the first time, integrating all the feedback I had given him up until that point point. Standing tall, open body language, cheeky smile, super focused eye contact, being playful, touchy-feely, not being afraid to show his intent. And then him experiencing this crazy heartbreak moment.
Bro, that was great.
Fuck, fuck, that was great, bro. If she spoke English, bro.
No, bro, that's To find out more, obviously you gotta watch the other video. So when he finally showed up in Bali, the vibe was different. Instead of being really, really energized by his crazy breakthrough, everything that he had learned up until that point, he was feeling really down. He couldn't get the girl out of his head. She was all he could think about. Shoulda, coulda, woulda. And crazy, because out of all the approaches, she was the one that defied all the logic. She got his heart. But there's one thing Brendan was excited about. My girlfriend. You might be wondering, what? Like, what's going on? Last year when Brendan came to London, my girlfriend Kati completely overhauled his style to the point where we spent a few hours at Zara literally dissecting every single bit of his outfit and style. And yeah, Brendan was super happy about that. When you look good, you feel good. So obviously, you know, you are gonna own that vibe. And after that experience, he actually created crazy results back in London a year ago. Now, he literally came to Bali with an empty suitcase just so that he could shop with my girlfriend, Kati, and upgrade his style again for the summer. So that was the vibe. So in addition to upgrading his style, I had a completely new job this time around. It wasn't just about helping him approach as many women as possible and getting in the reps. It was actually more about facing his fears and letting his real, authentic, raw vibe out there so that instead of wearing a mask and expressing that mask and playing and connecting with others, with that mask, not being afraid to show his real self for the first time. And for Brenton, this was a huge challenge because his entire 29 years of existence, he never really had a girl like them back romantically. So he had this huge limiting belief that got reinforced by all this experience that if he puts his real self out there, no one's gonna like him. So he has to put on a mask and perform. What is his real vibe then? What is his raw, authentic vibe? The most carefree, laid-back vibe that he naturally has with his friends and family. The vibe that everyone around him really loves him for.
Triple platinum, 17 million copies sold. This is— Yes, baby!
Him doing a lot of these crazy accents, him joking around a lot, him being really sarcastic.
Look at all the women I'm attracting because of my style and my stylist.
This is the vibe that I really personally love him for. But because of this deeply entrenched limiting belief about himself, it had been so difficult for him to put his real self out there. In case you might be wondering, this is not unique to Brendan's situation. He just happens to be someone who's super brave and vulnerable to put his real vibe out there online publicly like that. Shout out to my boy Brendan. Brandon again, thank you so much. But the vast majority of men I see out there, including myself back in the day, we all experienced the same thing. In our minds, we believe that there's a certain version of ourselves that women are gonna resonate with better. Oh, like macho, alpha man, and I need to like, you know, be really serious and act really cool and be like, have this type of vibe, right? And we think that this is a version of myself that women woman are gonna like. I need to act more distant, cool, not show any of my real vibes, right? I even asked Katy, my girlfriend, what was a turning point for our relationship. When was the moment she realized that, okay, this is the real vibe, I really like this about this guy? She told me the moment I started sharing with her my raw, playful, edgy, semi-polarizing side, that's when she knew that, okay, he's the guy that I can be with. Quite counterintuitive, right? Quite ironic at the same time as well. But that's the vibe. So even though he resisted approaching more women in Bali, even though he was so tired and sick, my main goal was pretty clear. I don't think you use your humor that much, you know, when you talk to girls, but then your core vibe is humor, bro. Mm. Get him to put his real self out there. Out there. Playing around with accents, for example. Being playful, being challenging, teasing them, being humorous, being sarcastic. Pretty much everything that he already does with his friends and family. You're like one of the like funniest guys I know, right? So we always talked about how you can use— you have to use your humor as your ultimate qualifier. You might be saying, what's so difficult about showing your real self? Well, just put yourself out there. Well, easier said than done, especially if you've been doing the same thing. If you've been wearing this carefully, meticulously crafted mask for almost 3 decades of your life, it's hard. On top of that, Brendan got extremely sick in Bali, so the vibe was super difficult for him. And now, despite all the setbacks and challenges and heartbreak, I really want to give credit to Brendan. Because he trusted the vibe. I always say, let the vibe guide you, let the guy vibe you. And that's exactly what Brendan did. We went to a beach club in Bali one time and there's a lot of people. And the whole time Brendan's like, yeah, I don't want to approach anyone. If I sense any resistance or fear, well, you know what Papa Cho is gonna do? I'm gonna have you lean into that fear even more. Always happens. I spot these two beautiful Japanese girls and I tell Brendan, "Hey, go talk to them." He's like, "No chance. Nope, nope, not doing it." I was like, "Okay, well, bye." I literally jumped from one pool to another to join where they're at. And Brendan's not gonna just be by himself in the other pool. He comes join and I tell him, "Hey, if you don't approach," I'm gonna approach. Of course, Brandon's not gonna let that happen. He approaches and yeah, like I hear him mimicking some Japanese accent. I hear him talk about Naruto. And then the vibe is great. Turns out they're hungry, we're hungry. And Brandon being Indian, we're like, okay, let's go have some Indian food together. We go grab Indian dinner and the vibe is super on point. And this is the first breakthrough moment for Brendan where he thought that he had to put on this crazy mask to really attract a girl that he liked, but actually it was the opposite. The moment he felt really tired, sick, he didn't wanna do anything, but then he just like owned the vibe and he was just being super carefree. He let go, he let go of a piece of his mask, and that was a huge breakthrough moment for him.
Right?
And by the end of the night, the girls were super thankful that we chose to vibe with them. They essentially asked us if we could spend another day vibing with them in Bali. Huge win for Brendan. Now, a couple days go by, we hit another beach club. The club wasn't exactly the best vibe, so we decided to call it quits. On the way out, I see in this beach club that they have this huge screen that actually shows you the DJ booth and the crowd. And what do I notice? I notice this girl dancing hardcore alone right in front of the DJ. I see the girl, I see Brendan. I tell him, "That's your girl, go dance with her." I never would've expected, but Brendan is a crazy dancer. He goes and he completely owns it. He dances hardcore, right? And he just like, and then the girl is also dancing with him. She's feeling the vibe. And I was like, yo, that's my man, let's go. The thing is his back is still wrecked. So he comes back to me, he's like, bro, like this is it. I can't do it anymore. Yo, did you see? She's so into you. Let's go, go back, dance with her a little bit more and bounce her to the bar, grab a drink with her. He goes back, he dances with her. You can see in the clip, she starts taking a photo of them together. Crazy buying temperature, right? And I'm like, yo, this is sick. And then next thing I know, he brings her from the dance floor to the other side where I was at, and they start dancing together. I'm like, yo, what's going on? And he starts walking with her to the bar. And the crazy thing is, wow, like, she's taller than him. And she's like really, really cute. I'm like, wow, something, something crazy is going on. Either way, I'm happy.
Our boy, Enzo's isolated.
Let's go!
Yo, he sits down and look at his body language, right? No more of this thinker pose, no more of this like a leaning in like simpy energy. He's really integrating the papa, the papa body language. Leaning back, arm out, right? Shoulders facing the other way.
This whole time he had this crazy limiting belief that if the girl's taller than him, yeah, already the girl's not gonna like him. So much so that he had already ruled out anyone who's like taller than him. And turns out she's a Korean fashion model. And, you know, she really loved this vibe, and they decided to meet up again the next day in Bali. And the rest is history. Huge win. Strong leadership vibe, strong masculine energy, and most importantly, true self-expression of your real, raw, authentic vibe. So despite Brendan not particularly liking Bali that much, he ended up creating way more success and results in Bali than in Bangkok? Well, obviously, because everything has been accumulating. So with the Bali vibe being counterintuitively super successful, we flew back to Bangkok because he had to fly back to Montreal, and Papa Choi's got another residential program coming up. This moment beautifully captures the integration of his new Papa frame. Frame is your lens on reality. Depending on whichever glasses or sunglasses you put on, it influences the way you look at the world. If I'm wearing heart pink-shaped sunglasses, the world suddenly has a pink tint to it. It looks like a video game. Suddenly it looks more playful. And obviously it not only influences the way I look at the world, it also impacts the way the world perceives me. They see me wearing these heart pink-shaped glasses and they're like, Wow, look at this fun guy. Maybe I'll go say hi to him. So Brendan symbolically got this new frame on our last day of residential in Bangkok, and something crazy happened.
Oh, hey, excuse me.
Yes?
Can I talk to you for 2 minutes? Is it important? You can hang up. So I was walking and I saw you. And I thought you were really cute, so I wanted to say hi.
Right? And this is the culmination of our residential program where instead of being afraid by what's actually out there, despite the fact that she was on the phone, she was walking fast, he goes there and he completely owns it.
Okay, chill vibes. What's with the death on the skull, by the way?
I don't know what that means, but it's brand new or is it gone?
Okay, so you're killing people at golf? No, no, no, I was like, I gotta be careful around you, JT.
And what a contrast from day one of our London residential program where he was so scared to approach a group of girls and he felt so cringe and he's like, oh, I don't, I don't know what to do about it. And experiencing this crazy roller coaster of a journey with this girl in Bangkok on day 9, and creating all these instant dates, and creating all these results in Bali, coming back to Bangkok, finally approaching this girl who's on the phone, and just completely owning it, and showing his true masculine, playful, raw vibe. So safe to say, Brendan completely smashed the vibe. The only caveat though is that even though he completely owned the opener and he started flowing with it, he started getting inside his head. He started asking too many questions. He started being a little too agreeable. And the simpie side that he's actually way more used to started coming out more and more. But no worries, because Papa Troy's got his back. How? Well, during his approach, I activated the secret agent mode. Where I call him and I'm actually— he's got his earphone in one of his ears and I'm actually listening to everything he's saying. I'm observing their body language, the energetics, her facial expressions, body language, Brandon's facial expressions and body language, what they're actually saying.
Don't— don't— can't— that's why.
And When I feel he needs more of my direct help, I would unmute myself and tell him, say this, say this, make more assumptions. Do you think French is sexy? Like, do you like the sound, you know?
Do you think French is sexy?
Yes.
You think it's very sexy?
Maybe.
Slow down. Take her here. Do this, right? Literally secret agent vibe. So with this type of vibe, it's pretty easy for you to see that it's really hard for you to fail.
