How's the vibe? Steven here. Today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite things to do in the world. I'm currently here in Lisbon, and there's a bit of a story to that. What I'm going to talk about is also some of the things that really helped me get over my loneliness as I travel the world as a digital nomad. So when I first started traveling the world as a digital nomad back in 2015, it was more about just seeing pretty things like beautiful churches and pristine beaches just wherever the vibe took me, I just went there. But after a few of these moments, I realized that what really stood out to me were the conversations that I had. It was some of the seemingly random moments and seemingly random encounters that I had that I really cherished. So after I had this realization, I started thinking, how can I have more of these moments and conversations instead of leaving them to chance? First, I invited some of my really good friends to join me on my journey wherever I went. We went from place to place, bounced around the entire continent of Europe and Asia, and we made beautiful memories together. Then last year I went to Bali. I got a 4-bedroom villa and I started recruiting some strangers to live with me, and it ended up being super, super fun. And just a couple of months ago, I found this beautiful 9-bedroom house here in Lisbon, Portugal, and invited some of these nomadic entrepreneurs and remote startup founders to come live with me. 12 of them were people that I never met before. It was wild. Together we had sharing circles, dinners, morning teas, masterminds, rooftop talks, you name it. We even went to Porto, Sintra, Praia da Ursa. The vibe was out of control. It was something that I've never expected before, and it's actually something that became much bigger than myself. Breakthroughs occurred, lives transformed, and lifelong friendships built. The best way to summarize this experience is a focused and curated community co-living experience with some of the amazing and dopest people in the world. Doing all of this here in Lisbon has become something much bigger than myself. It's become a lifestyle movement that I call House Manifest. Super excited to share my journey with all of you. I'd also love to hear more about your journey, so please leave your story in the comment section down below. And obviously, like and subscribe. Keep calm and vibe on. Peace.
