Did a PhD in management analog circuits. Started a company doing wireless vital sign monitoring. The process of that I was told that I should get to know VCs when I do not need their money. At that time I was jumping and funded and so I reached out to a few VCs. Many of them ignored me. Lux was most embracing said hey, we don't have anybody in California. Let's find a way to work together. Realized that my company which was selling the hospitals was not a great business and decided to join forces with Lux. I was thrown into cleantech in those days in the kind of 07 to 2010 time frame thankfully didn't do much there that if we semiconductor investments A few of those companies were acquired. Now I'm looking at robotics, driverless cars, satellites manufacturing, automation, AI and deep learning. So it's great to be here and thank you cattle for doing.
