Foreign. Welcome to Ask A Coach A Question. I am your certified high performance coach, Sean Butner, and today we are announcing that next week we're going to do a live show. So if you have a question on how you can advance quicker in your life, if you're struggling with a relationship with with how to advance at work with, you know, discipline and your health, or just feeling happier, more optimistic, then you'll definitely want to be on this show next week. So a little bit of backstory, guys. So if you've been with me for the last year or so, I've been doing these weekly Ask A Coach A Question shows on Fridays pretty regularly. Been trying to adjust things and really switch up how I'm running in my business. So I wanted as a thank you to do this free live Zoom for you where we can get on. We can do a little bit of quick coaching on something that you're working towards or something that you're really wishing to get ahead of. So my plan for next week is to give a little bit of context on things that I'm seeing and people with clients and students out there in the market that might be of service to you, and then to just, you know, spend some time giving away some prizes and figuring out how we can help you advance in your life quicker so you can live your full potential. Because if there's one thing that I have been trying to share with you guys is optimism and optimism for the future, and part of that is getting unstuck. You know, there's nothing that makes you feel more excited about the future and you're like, oh, I got this. I can advance quicker. I can get over this feeling of dread or feeling of overwhelm or feeling of just disappointment or feeling of discouragement, you know, so that you can feel more confident moving forward. So I'm really, really excited to talk about that next week to offer that to you. So if you're interested, there's a link below where you're watching this video or you can go to the links link in my bio, which is a hard thing to say real quick. So definitely make sure you sign up for that. It'll be at 1pm Pacific Standard Time on the 15th, so I would love to offer that to you guys. So with that said, you know, some of the questions that we've asked on the show that maybe give you a couple of examples of why you might want to join me next Friday on Zoom is, you know, the question like, I've been working at this job for 20 plus years. I got fired, and now I'm struggling on the job search. And, you know, a lot of people this past year that I talked to in my intake or questionnaire calls, strategy session calls, were dealing with how to transition their job or how to recover from losing a job, right? And I can't give jabs away, but the game there, and a game I think has been really consistent in Covid, has been, how are you filling up your cup so you can keep at it when things might be a little bit miserable. Because if you've ever had to do a job search, you know how miserable it can be. The constant rejections, not knowing where you are in the process, the uncertainty of it, can drain a lot of your energy, can drain a lot of your joy, can create a lot of anxiety and overwhelm and all these types of things. So really, the common thing that I pulled from that to offer some general advice without getting into your specific situation or where you are in your life, is you do something that gives you joy in the morning, right? Spend 15 minutes, spend a half hour, spend an hour, you know, working on your art building, you know, that sense of resilience for the day, right? So if you start the day with something you really like and then have to do something that kind of chips away at that, like being rejected by 100 different companies on your resume, that's a different experience than waking up, dreading that experience, going through it, and kind of, you know, not having a release for that energy. So you answer questions like that. I answer questions like, how do I get from my professional life into starting a business? And so a lot of that work is getting clear on what do you want to do, what kind of impact you want to make, what do you actually want, how do you want to deliver that value and impact out in the world? Is a business the best way? Is an organization the best way? Just getting very clear on your vision and what you want so that when you hit the ground, you run, right? And so when I've helped a lot of my clients start businesses that have had a huge impact in the world, and I'm very, very thankful and grateful I was a very small part of their journey. But if you're thinking about starting a business online or starting a. Whatever type of type of business you're thinking of, we can talk through that and make sure that it's something that's right for you, something that you can succeed at. So those types of questions. So I really hope that you found this helpful, guys. I really hope that you'll Join me next Friday at 1pm Pacific Standard Time for the live Zoom Again. You can hit the link below this video or check out my. The link in my bios. My bios. My bio. I only have one life, so check out the link in my bio. You'll see, like, sign up for the live Ask Coach a question show. We'll go on Zoom. Like I said, I'll go over some mindset stuff, some common trends that I'm seeing out in the world as a coach, and then we'll get to your questions and we'll give away some fun stuff. And I'm really excited to do that. So I hope that you'll join me for that. And that's it, guys. So I'll see you next week, hopefully at one o' clock on the live show. I'd love to just also just meet you guys because, you know, having been with me for a while or if you knew, like, I'd love to meet you too. But you know, it's the greatest part of this job for me is that connection with the community, that connection with what you guys are doing, you know, and getting distinctions or seeing patterns on how I can help out the most people possible. And so your story, your question, can inspire so many other people. I firmly believe that. And let's do it, guys. Okay, so see you guys next week. Check out the link in my bio and I'll see you then.
