One of the professional development pieces that I am a part of is this it's called authentic performance tasks. And so what we want to try and do in our curriculum is to move away from asking students questions in which they can just Google the answer. You know, when you think about when you think about a lot of tests that we took in high school that was not we can't say pre Internet but certainly pre smartphone, pre Google for the most part, you know we hadn't we had to know a lot of stuff and there's really there is value in knowing information and knowing things. You don't always have a computer handy or it's good to know things. But what we want to do is is kind of have a meld right where we students need to know things. They need to understand concepts and have knowledge on our on our topics. But then how do we have students engage with those topics in authentic ways where there's more of a performance.
