I guess that's the best, that's the best thing I can, I can explain. Being mindful of everything, being present. It's tough to be present when you're in a dark place, right? You. I have two young kids and a 19 year old son and my young kids, you know require a lot of attention and when I'm in a dark place I'm just, it's, I can't focus on them so I have to take a step back, be mindful just to become present when around them and their, and their candlelights they bring joy to, to our lives. So that's what matters. Just remember the things and focus on the things that matter.
Right on. And I love that you know as a coach so many times it's connecting with people that sometimes if you are in the darkness yourself. I'll talk a little bit about when my mom passed but here in a sense.
